DW’s Custom Gemstone Jewelry offers a Money Back guarantee if your gemstone or jewelry doesn’t meet your expectations. All returns must meet the following criteria:

• Void if Product ID tag is removed
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Must be returned within 7 days of receipt
• 10% restocking fee ($5 min and $100 max)
• No returns on custom made jewelry
